Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Funeral brand boxing to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all tags and hardware are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package over any existing barcodes.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item and process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
